1. About Zetily

Zetily is a life-organizer application operated from Germany, combining calendar planning, goals, habits, reminders, bills, travel, vehicles, notes and related modules into one workspace. The app is currently in beta and offered free of charge.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Zetily account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to Zetily (bills, events, notes, goals, habits, travel, vehicles, health entries and anything else you enter). By using Zetily, you grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train third-party AI models.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Zetily for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app’s normal operation
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or is unlawful
• Use automated means to scrape or abuse the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI-assisted features

Features such as document scanning (Vault OCR), work-shift scanning and smart suggestions use the Anthropic Claude API to extract or propose data. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any data extracted or suggested by these features before relying on it.

8. Subscriptions

Zetily does not currently offer any paid subscription or in-app purchase. If paid plans are introduced in the future, billing, trial, renewal and cancellation terms will be published here and will be handled through the applicable app store’s billing system before any charge applies.

9. Intellectual property

The Zetily name, logo, app design and underlying software are owned by Zetily and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our brand or code beyond what is needed to use the app as intended.

10. Third-party services

Zetily relies on third-party infrastructure, including Supabase, Anthropic, and Sentry, described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages or issues originating from these providers, though we work to minimize their impact on you.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Zetily is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetily and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-assisted extraction, Residency & Days calculations, or health-tracking features. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using Zetily and request deletion of your account at any time — see Account Deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends, and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update Zetily’s features or these terms over time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use Zetily after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
